About the Owners
Custom Tiny Homes is owned by Cory and Sally Ann—a husband-and-wife team passionate about helping people live more intentionally.
After visiting Montana in 2023, they fell in love with the beauty, lifestyle, and sense of freedom it offered. In 2024, they opened Custom Tiny Homes of Montana, bringing high-quality homes to an area where they saw a need for better design, craftsmanship, and customer experience.
With businesses in both Montana and Texas, all of their homes are built in Texas and can be shipped nationwide. While base pricing typically starts around $80,000, final pricing can vary depending on location. Factors like transportation, snow load requirements, and higher insulation values often make homes in places like Montana more expensive—but their goal is always to work with each customer to find the right fit for their budget.

Our houses are customizable allowing you to pick your own paint colors, flooring, counter tops, tile choices, plumbing fixtures, as well as change window sizes, move the location of the front door, design cabinetry, etc. From conception to construction and nationwide delivery, we ensure your dream home becomes a reality.
